New Year 2009

Yet another year to begin anew!
Seemingly prepared well enough,
with good a confession and resoultions!

Not even a week could that stand
and there lay fallen and flat
the so-called 'strong' resolve!

That apart, there still was
some silver linings
in the dark clouds!

That keeps me going.
That love which is
not yet dried up fully
still gushes forth
though not powerfully
and keeps me going.

Relations of friendship
flowers and fades
leaving me sad again.
Still trying, as i can't
go without that
power of friendship.
